Адгезиметр Константа СА2Сдвиговый адгезиметр «Константа-СА2» предназначен для измерения адгезии изоляционных покрытий трубопроводов:по методу А — контроль защитных покрытий из полимерных лент;по методу Б — контроль защитных покрытий на основе битумных мастик.Прибор может использоваться как в цеховых, так и в полевых условиях при контроле качества изоляционных работ.Методика контроля:Для определения усилия прилипания полимерного покрытия ножом вырезают полосу изоляционного покрытия, надрезают конец вырезанной полосы, при-поднимают ее на 15–20 мм для закрепления полосы в зажиме прибора и добиваются устойчивого усилия отслаивания (максимальное значение, фиксируемое индикатором).Для определения усилия прилипания битумного покрытия сверлом вырезают образец до металла трубы, устанавливают прибор на изоляционное покрытие так, чтобы передняя грань штока находилась против торцовой плоскости вырезанного образца и, вращая маховик, фиксируют величину усилия сдвига по максимальному показанию на индикаторе и рассчитывают величину адгезии.Принцип измерения:Принцип действия прибора основан на измерении линейных деформаций, возникающих от усилий сдвига пружины, установленной в корпус. Измерение усилия прилипания защитного покрытия характеризуется усилием сдвига или отслаивания образца изоляции.
