Stages of producing fuel pellets using PELETON-3000 MT:
The raw materials are sieved before drying, which allows obtaining the raw material in a uniform fraction. The ideal fraction is 1 mm smaller than the diameter of the holes in the matrix.
Sawdust is fed to the dryer to achieve a moisture content of 12-14%.
The pellet machine can produce fuel pellets with a diameter of 6 - 8 mm. During pressing, the raw material is heated to a temperature of 70-90°C and lignin is released. The result is an even, shiny and well-compacted pellet.
The finished products are additionally cooled and dried.

Die Rohstoffe werden vor dem Trocknen gesiebt, wodurch das Material in einer einheitlichen Fraktion erhalten werden kann. Der ideale Anteil ist 1 mm kleiner als der Durchmesser der Löcher in der Matrize.
Das Sägemehl wird dem Trockner zugeführt, um einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 12-14 % zu erreichen.
Mit der Pelletmaschine können Brennstoffpellets mit einem Durchmesser von 6 - 8 mm hergestellt werden. Beim Pressen wird der Rohstoff auf 70-90°C erhitzt und setzt Lignin frei. Das Ergebnis ist ein gleichmäßiges, glänzendes und gut verdichtetes Pellet.
Die fertigen Produkte werden zusätzlich gekühlt und getrocknet.
