This model is the optimal solution for the production of pellets and feed. The pelletizer is characterized by its productivity (pellets up to 400 kg/h, feed up to 1200 kg/h), ease of use and reliability of construction. The equipment is equipped with a fixed die with a diameter of 300 mm with holes from 2 to 8 mm (at the customer's choice) and two movable shafts. All components are heat-treated and checked by the quality control department.
The main working unit is made in the following way: The matrix is fixed in the body, and the rollers are fixed on a shaft that rotates at the required frequency. The gearbox of this granulator is located in an oil bath with a volume of 80 liters, which allows the equipment to work a whole work shift and withstand industrial loads.
